No additional commercial warranties

We do not offer additional commercial warranties beyond what is stated in our policies and the rights provided by law. We do not promise automatic replacements, automatic refunds, or unverified solutions.

Delivery damage and DOA

If a product arrives damaged, not conforming to the order, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the problem encountered.

Request verification

After receiving the report, we may request further information to evaluate the case. The solution is determined based on the documentation received, the product's condition, and the nature of the problem.

Possible solutions

Following verification, possible solutions may include replacement, sending missing parts, repair, refund or other appropriate management for the specific case.

Operational exclusions

Situations reported beyond the 48-hour delivery period without sufficient documentation are not covered as delivery damage, unless mandatory rights are provided by applicable law.
